Refund policy
What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 14-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right from our end.
You have 3 options when making a return:

Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 14 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

Exchange: ARTIOS will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

Store Credit: If you wish to make a return and it is past the 14-day delivery date, you can reach out to us you will receive a store credit that you can use at artios.in at checkout.

Gift Returns
If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
