Shipping policy

At ARTIOS, we like to make your online shopping experience a seamless & pleasant one, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.

We require a complete address with the phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number.
We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

SHIPPING DURATION:

  • We start processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. All products are shipped out within 2 working days
  • In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together.
  • In situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all the orders shipped within India. The charges for International shipping depends upon the package size and ship-to location. We will notify you about the same during checkout or via E-Mail.

REAL TIME TRACKING UPDATES

We notify our buyers via Email & SMS about the real-time tracking updates.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

COD orders can be fulfilled only for limited locations in India. We will get in touch with you if in case your location is not under the COD service area. A charge of ₹ 70 is levied if COD is opted for payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

We ship Internationally to more than 200 Countries.
